Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and delivery method, and they will be calculated at the checkout. For EU countries, we provide free shipping for orders exceeding €249.
Estimated delivery times for EU orders range from 2-5 business days, although this may vary by country. While we strive for a 5-day delivery timeframe, it's subject to carrier and circumstances beyond our control.
After the shipment has been initiated, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail that includes the tracking number. This number allows you to track your order's current status. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to update.
