Terms and Conditions
1. General
The following Terms and Conditions are valid between Consumer (‘you’) and Andavour (‘Andavour/we/us’) and apply to all use of and orders placed on the website www.andavour.com (‘Website’). By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and accept them.
We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. You are responsible for keeping updated with changes in the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions that are valid for your order are always the Terms and Conditions in effect as of the time you place your order, and not a later version. You should file a copy of these Terms and Conditions on your computer.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

3. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase an item on and subject to the Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Eligibility to order
To place an order with Andavour you must be at least 16 years old, be a consumer (not a reseller) and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate.
Order confirmation
When you place an order on our Website, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, but it is not an acceptance of your order.
Acceptance and shipping confirmation
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
Order processing
Order processing and contacting usually takes place via e-mail and automated order processing. It is the Consumer’s responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address he provides for the order processing is accurate so that e-mails sent by Andavour can be received at this address. In particular, it is the Consumer’s responsibility, if SPAM filters are used, to ensure that all e-mails sent by Andavour or by third parties commissioned by the Seller with the order processing can be delivered.
Right to reject
We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include (but not limited to):
- The product ordered is unavailable from stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment;
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion;
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity;
- A wrong price on the website;
- If shipping restrictions may apply to a product.
If we are unable to deliver within accordance to the terms in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If we have already received payment, we will refund you the amount.
Quality of products
We aim to describe the item(s) on the Website as correctly as possible. However, as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons, minor differences in colour and other variations in item(s) are possible. Andavour cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
4. Price and payments
Price
The prices shown on the Website include VAT. Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and do not include service, payment or delivery. The prices shown on the Website may vary from time to time. Andavour is not bound by the price until Andavour has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. Andavour reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.
Price changes
We always try and ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item(s) which you have ordered, we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. We are not able to compensate price differences with placing orders or returns.
Limited Edition and Pre-order
Items eligible for pre-order or "labeled" limited edition are falling into a specific pricing regulation. Those items are not eligible for any sort of discount or sale. Therefore, if you have received a discount code from Andavour it is not valid for those specific products. It is currently not possible to apply a discount on any "regular" item if the cart contains a pre-order/limited edition product. Please place a different order if you'd like to apply your discount on the related item.
When pre-ordering a product, a shipping date will be communicated on the product page and on your confirmation email. That date is given as indicative and may be subject to change after your order has been processed. We will be doing everything in our power to meet that date, but major events could affect the shipment and/or delivery. In such case, please note that our team will inform you as soon as we would be aware of any delay or issue related with your order/shipment.
When ordering an item eligible for pre-order and an item on current stock, your order will be split into two different shipment: the first shipment for the item in stock will be processed right away and a second, for the pre-ordered item, will be processed when the product will be released on our side. There will be no extra cost for shipping the products. The shipping costs apply as a normal order, please refer to "shipping information" for details.
Payments
Payment can be made using one of the methods mentioned in the online shop. When choosing a payment method offered via the payment service "Shopify Payments", payment will be processed via the payment service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "Shopify"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify are communicated to the Consumer in the Seller's online shop. Shopify may use other payment services to process payments, which may be subject to special payment terms, to which the Consumer is separately referred. Further information on "Shopify Payments" can be found at https://www.shopify.com/payments.
Reservation of Proprietary Rights
If Andavour provides advance deliveries, we retain title of ownership to the delivered goods, until the purchase price owed has been paid in full.
Tax
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) may apply, depending on your region and local customs duties. The charges are at your own expense. For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the final price, and there won't be any customs charges.
5. Warranty
Unless otherwise stipulated, the provisions of the statutory EU liability for defects shall apply.
The Consumer has to notify the forwarding agent immediately in case of any obvious transport damages and Andavour has to be informed accordingly. Should the Consumer fail to comply therewith, this shall not affect his statutory or contractual claims for defects.
6. Special Conditions for Repair Services
If Andavour is responsible for the repair of a Consumer’s item under the terms of the contract, the following shall apply:
Repair services shall be provided at Andavour’s place of business.
Andavour shall render his services at his discretion either himself or by qualified personnel selected by him. Andavour may also make use of the services of third parties (subcontractors) who act on his behalf. Unless otherwise stated in Andavour’s service description, the Consumer has no right to select a specific person to perform the desired service.
The Consumer must provide Andavour with all information necessary for the repair of the item unless its procurement does fall within Andavour’s scope of duties according to the content of the contract. In particular, the Consumer must provide Andavour with a comprehensive description of the defect and inform him of all circumstances which may be the cause of the defect found.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Consumer must send the item to be repaired to Andavour's place of business at his own expense and risk. Andavour recommends the Consumer to conclude a transport insurance for this purpose. Furthermore, Andavour recommends the Consumer to send the goods in suitable transport packaging in order to reduce the risk of transport damage and to conceal the content of the packaging. Andavour will immediately inform the Consumer of obvious transport damage so that the Consumer can assert any rights he may have against the transport company.
The return of the goods shall be at the Consumer’s expense. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item passes to the Consumer when the item is handed over to a suitable transport person at the Andavour’s place of business.
The aforementioned regulations do not limit the Consumer’s statutory rights in the event of the purchase of goods from Andavour.
7. Newsletter Subscription Credit
Registration
The registration takes place via the dedicated pop up on the Andavour website or the footer subscription box. Once your email address entered, you will receive a confirmation email and once your email address confirmed, you will receive the € 25 credit code.
The email with the voucher code can take up to 15min to arrive in your email box. If you haven't received anything after 15-20min, please contact our customer support at support@andavour.com
Eligibility
- The credit is only valid on the Andavour website, for Andavour products and for a minimum spending of € 250.
- The credit is not refundable in any other form than a credit valid on the Andavour website.
- The credit is not applicable on discounted product and cannot be combined with any other kind of discount or ongoing sale.
- The credit can be combined with a Giftcard.
- The credit cannot be combined with a pre order.
- The credit is only valid for future orders.
- The credit is valid for a period of 6 months from the subscription date.
Limitation
The credit is personal and limited to one per person. Therefore, one credit per email address, first name and last name is applicable.
Andavour has the right to remove the credit, cancel an order and ask for a refund in case of any type of suspicious / fraud behaviour.
No credit can be applied on orders processed prior to the subscription to the newsletter (and via the dedicated subscription box).

8. Redemption of Campaign Vouchers
Vouchers which are issued by Andavour free of charge, for a specific period of validity in the context of promotional activities and which cannot be purchased by the Consumer (hereinafter referred to as "campaign vouchers”) can only be redeemed in the Seller’s online shop and only within the indicated time period.
Individual products may be excluded from the voucher campaign, if such a restriction results from the conditions of the campaign voucher.
Campaign vouchers can only be redeemed by Consumers.
Only one campaign voucher can be redeemed per order.
The goods value should meet at least the amount of the campaign voucher. Andavour will not refund remaining assets. If the value of the campaign voucher is not enough for the order, the Consumer may choose one of the remaining payment methods offered by Andavour to pay the difference.
The campaign voucher credit will not be redeemed in cash and is not subject to any interest.
The campaign voucher will not be redeemed, if the Consumer, in the context of his legal right to cancel, returns goods paid fully or partially by a campaign voucher.
Campaign vouchers are only intended for the use of the person designated on the voucher. Transferring the campaign voucher to a third party is not permitted. Andavour is entitled but not obliged to check the entitlement of the respective voucher owner.
9. Redemption of Gift Vouchers
Vouchers which can be purchased via Andavour’s online shop (hereinafter referred to as "gift vouchers") can only be redeemed in the Andavour’s online shop, unless otherwise stipulated in the voucher.
Gift vouchers and remaining assets of gift vouchers can be redeemed by the end of the third year following the year of the gift voucher purchase. Remaining assets will be credited to the Consumer’s voucher account.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed prior to the conclusion of the order procedure. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order.
Gift vouchers can only be used for the purchase of goods and not for the purchase of other gift vouchers.
If the value of the gift voucher is not enough for the order, the Consumer may choose one of the remaining payment methods offered by Andavour to pay the difference.
The gift voucher credit will not be redeemed in cash and is not subject to any interest.
10. Delivery
Shipping details
Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country to which your order is being delivered and the total amount of the order. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be tracked. This tracking number will be shared in the shipping confirmation email.
In case shipping details are not complete and/or correct given by the Consumer or the package is refused, return shipping cost and handling fee will be charged to the Consumer. If the assigned transport company return the goods to Andavour, because delivery to the Consumer was not possible, the Consumer bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. The fee vary depending on shipping location. Shipping fees will apply for resending the package to the updated address. If you have entered incorrect shipping details, please contact our customer service team at support@andavour.com.
Personal collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
Vouchers will be provided to the Consumer by e-mail
Delivery time
We aim to deliver your order in the EU within 5 business days. If you have not received your delivery within 10 business days, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that we are not held responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays.
11. Return
Right of return
We have to a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please note, we don't provide free returns, and the cost of returning the order, including potential import duties, is the customer's responsibility. To exercise this right, either use the return portal in your account or send us a message at support@andavour.com to request a return, providing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and we may charge you for the shipping costs in case we have to send you back the item(s). For any questions about your order please contact our Customer Service at support@andavour.com.
Refund information
All reimbursements will be paid within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product(s). Andavour will only refund the returned item(s). A 15 EUR flat rate will be charged to cover for the return label and restock fee. The 15 EUR will be deducted from the refund. We will reimburse you using the same method of payment that you used to make the original transaction.
The shipping fee you may have paid with your order is non-refundable, unless you received a wrong or a damaged item.
12. Website use
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and availability. At any time and without prior notice, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.
Intellectual property rights
All elements on the Website are owned by or licensed to Andavour and its affiliates. All elements of the Website including (but not limited to) the content and photography, can be protected by copyright, moral rights, database rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.
You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not publish, duplicate, distribute or otherwise reproduce the content to others without prior consent from Andavour.
Limitation of liability
Andavour will not be liable for any indirect, direct, additional or consequential damages that may result from the use or content of our Website, including damages caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information on the Website; the performance of the products; or otherwise arising in connection with the use of these Terms and Conditions, even if Andavour has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
Third parties
On our Website you may find third party links that direct you to third party websites which are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for these links or for any loss or damage that may arise from use of them. These websites have their own separate Terms and Conditions as well as privacy policies. Andavour is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the content and activities of these websites.
Invalidity
Each provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other. If any provision is deemed invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from and shall not affect the enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy Policy
By placing an order you agree and understand that we may collect, use, store and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts.
